My husband is into his 5th week now without PM and he had a wet dream last night. He's in his 30's now and says he did get them in his teens but not since. He has been feeling very aroused the last week so this is not really a surprise.

My wife would “rather not know”. On some level what I do with my body is between me and God. But …I find that I really need support and accountability from someone who really wants me to succeed in my goal of breaking free from compulsive masturbation.

He hasn't masturbated for over 2 months now after doing it compulsively for a long time. He has had another wet dream in the last 3 weeks so it seems they may become more regular if he can continue without masturbation.
