NoFap About It!

Ran across NoFap via AskMen.com. I'm a 36 YO, married (with kids) male that struggles with viewing pornography. Since I'm married I don't "fap" that often (sorry still getting the lingo down), but I still view things I don't want to view, or that I do want to view but ... you get the point.

It was getting so bad that I was looking for an addiction group to join. This looks like a better fit!

I work alone in my office, which makes distractions very easy. I also work in sales, so if I have a bad day or two, I use my distractions as a way to take my mind off my struggles. Crazy right?
