    This Sunday is the first day of advent. I pledge to remain pmo free for this period. Who is with me?

    I have a chocolate advent calendar so I can track and celebrate my progress from Tuesday.

    I've still yet to complete more than a week and a half clean, embarrassingly enough, so this will be a good length challenge for me (to start with).
