Nofap and freqent urination and some scary stuff

It has been said to be that urine is to get rid of excess cum especially when you are doing NoFap so that might be why you are having frequent urination but as for it being lead to prostatitis, I have no idea. Ask your doctor. I noticed the same thing
too.

I learned that from @benjaMAN and I’m curious to know what your doctor say about this especially prostatatitis. Please keep me posted. Thanks.

 

I've experienced the opposite. I retain more water when I'm on nofap. It could be linked to the anti-diuretic hormone vassopressin. It's a hormone closely tied to testosterone.

 

I have it too though I think it got a bit better with time.

 

You can do it if you are too concerned about your health. I bet your doc wont find anything.

I have a ton of symptoms. My blood is perfect. MRI if my head is good too. And I have literally every withdrawal symptom for almost a year now.

I have exactly the same problem! I thought I was the only one. When I was younger before I found out about porn I never had this, but as the years went on and the addiction grew I found myself frequently urinating more than usual. I would be out with my friends and I'd need to pee like every 15-30 mins. It gets worse when I drink a lot of fluids. During abstinence from PMO I would get this and even when I'm not doing nofap

Its same man...a bit lessened but more or less the same.

 

I have been urinating quite a bit too. But that's because I drink a lot of beer.

 

Wow, I thought I was only the only, I am peeing so frequently lately is ridiculous. Never though it was related to me not fapping. Today is officially 1 week since I started. I am going for 30

 

Go get your prostate checked by a doctor.

 

Been peeing a lot too, and sometimes I'll 'pee' out a little bit of semen after the urine is all out. I think it's your penis being adjusted to not having to release the semen anymore. I wouldn't be too concerned but still check it out with your doc. There is more good than harm that will come out (no pun intended) from nofap IMO. Good luck.

 

definitely having frequent urination problems due to NoFap! Not to discourage anyone here but I have been on a 130 day NoFap streak and this problem didn't go away! Its one of the worst things! Right now I am just hoping that this is part of the reeboot and that I have to go higher that 130 days because I tried almost everything, medication, meditating more, trying to train my bladder to not go to the bathroom as much, not drink as much water. All of those failed!

 

Or get it checked for diabetes, another sign of increased urination but too many of us have this same issue so it’s probably due to NoFap.
