NoFap and Hair Loss

New Fapstronaut
Hi Guys, there have been a few posts on nofap and hair loss on here. I just want give you a round of my experience from day 1-55. Here it is:

· Day 1-6, no change

· Day 6-42, testosterone/hair tingling

· Day 42-55 (present), testosterone change/less hair tingling.

From day 6 to 42 I had a feeling of ‘testosterone’ surge. A little more aggressive, a little more confident, and some gains in athletic ability, were accompanied a general feeling of energy (a sharp sort) that was driving me forward. This feeling of accompanied tingling around my hairline at the top of my forehead. I felt literally like my hair follicles were being strangled and there are some posts on here that discuss the science of testosterone's conversion to DHT.

However on day 42 I had a change in outlook. That ‘test’ like energy transformed from a hard driving sensation to a more elegant feeling of euphoria, kindness, and social connectedness. In tandem, the tingling scalp feeling seemed to become far less frequent (though did not entirely disappear).

So I'm guess at day 42 (when FosB is supposed to begin breaking down), there was some kind of conversion in the way that my body was producing and consuming testosterone, and this led to the accompanying change in feeling and hair loss sensation. So far, things have been relatively consistent from day 42 to present 55.

Thanks for listening, I hope this helps, and I would love to hear more about the science
