NoFap and Recovering from Grey Hair ( premature greying )

Most of my hair fell off in my early 20s and started graying a couple of years ago. I’m currently on day 46 but I don’t think they graying is reversible (and obviously the hair isn’t coming back either). I might update after a year of nofap or so. Have yet to observe any change in my hair color

 

Most of it is probably genetics.

If you are worried, take a multivitamin, a B-complex and eat healthy if you want to slow down aging.

Hey can you please share your expirence of how are your hairs doing now and how much time it took for the reversal to happen, i am just 30 and have been graying aggressively for path couple of months on my beard, almost 50 of my beard hair are gray now. please HELP.

 

Did you fap a lot in your early twenties? DO you think that a person such as myself (21 years old) would be able to heal any minor hair damage if I stop masturbating, or is the damage permanent?

 

I got my first grey hairs when I was 18. Just one or two at the start but gradually got more and more over time. I'm 35 now and the sides of my head are probably 50 percent grey now. I've taken to dying it lately. I don't know if the premature greying is related to masturbation but it's certainly possible, I've been doing it for longer than that. I can't say if nofap will help to reverse greying, my longest streak is only around the 20 day mark. My thoughts are that once it goes grey it'll never go back but I certainly hope to be proven wrong. I'm going to beat my longest streak this time and keep going and see what happens.

I doubt it's reversible. Some guys start balding at the age of 16 and some go grey earlier than the others. But keep posting here after a long streak if there are any improvements as I'm interested as well on the results!

 

I was searching if it is true that nofap could turn grey hairs back in to black as it seems to be the case for me and searched for confirmation here. I started to got grey at 25 and was nearly completely grey some months ago had some good strikes and just one day of fap between and now since the I am at day 50 and it seems that my top hair is black again with some gray shimmering. The side is still fully gray. Let’s see if it change further down the road.

 

Why is grey hair bad?

Hey there, how do you know is going to work that way? For some reason i "feel" you are right but i wonder if there's any basis...

 

As someone who is both balding and slowly but surely going grey I would like to offer a slightly different perspective. Instead of trying to hide it or to fight it I would encourage men to own it and embrace it. With a little work when choosing a haircut, grey hair can lead to a very refined look. Similarly, if one is bald, a little bit of work with ones dressing style can lead to a unique and refined look.

 

Or just buzz it all down. Nothing wrong with the Bruce Willis look if you keep yourself in good shape.

 

Do you think that porn caused your balding, and do you think that it's worth fighting? I guess I'm asking in my context, as I'm 22, been balding for about 6 months (still have most of my hairline intact).
