As someone who is both balding and slowly but surely going grey I would like to offer a slightly different perspective. Instead of trying to hide it or to fight it I would encourage men to own it and embrace it. With a little work when choosing a haircut, grey hair can lead to a very refined look. Similarly, if one is bald, a little bit of work with ones dressing style can lead to a unique and refined look.

In my case it's most definitely genetic as I have the same exact hairline as my father. In terms of fighting it, I think the first step should always be to make peace with the fact that you might go bald no matter what you do. And that's ok as there are plenty of bald or balding guys who look great as long as they take care of their bodies and style.

Hello all!
The reason why I started NoFap is because I am 33 years old and my hair is greying aggressively. I am greying along the sides of my head. This was not the case for my parents and their parents when they were my age. Whether or not genetics is a factor, I want to do whatever I can to restore color to my hair and vitality to my life.

I am currently just under 30 days of NoFap. (Started Jan 23rd 2018)
Plucking some of my grey hair, I see a sign of hope. Some hairs I plucked have black pigmentation at the root. Some hairs are already restoring the black color of my hair halfway. In addition, I had dry, itchy skin during this winter season. Now, my skin does not itch and is healthy, without any use of moisturizer.

I have heard that ejaculating deprives the body of vital nutrients which it has to restore by gathering it from other parts of the body. The Taoists have said something similar. I don't know if this is true, but I am finding out for myself.

Has anyone shared a similar experience?

What I can say at this point is moderation is key. It’s very hard to do Nofap for extended periods of time.
Since 2019, I haven’t gotten past my previous record of nofap. Grey hairs still slowly taking over my head.
