NOFAP and Steroids

What for? Is this prescribed?

 

Is this a safe dose? It seems very high to me.
I take 1000mg every 13 weeks.

A fitness model physique is definitely attainable (although alot of 'fitness models' these days are on low dosages of steroids the cheeky bastards) naturally with good genetics, hard work and consistency. Steroids are needed for Arnolds size/mass but you can achieve an even more aesthetic and balanced physique than him, you just wont be as heavy. he was about 235-240lbs / 105-107kg on stage at 6'1-6'2

Im 6'1 and weigh 192lbs / 87kg at 12-13% bodyfat and have trained bodybuilding style for about same time as you, 5-6 year. Yes it gets harder and longer to gain after this amount of time but ive already built a decent physique, especially if i went on a cut but im always trying to bulk

 

How will you do NoFap if you are MEGA horny though?

Maybe not, but you can still build a pretty impressive body and make excellent strength gains without steroids. Those instagram models and bodybuilders are just all aesthetic and if you're doing it purely for aesthetics to pick up chicks, most girls prefer natural fit looking bodies over roided-the-fuck-up bodies.

 

Testosterone both in natural form and steroids can be great for willpower if used correctly. I have pretty high test around 850 and i tend to do better than alot of people here and i bet my testosterone is higher than many here

So op you need to channel your will properly and it wont be any harder to do nofap than anyone else

 

Mens physique category is just out of reach for 99% of naturals, but even if it is just out of reach for most you can get very, very close to the standard size of a mens physique competitor but it will require 10-15 years of solid training naturally imo

 

that dosage is not for hormone replacement therapy, you are having supraphysiological testosterone levels.

It's a good dosage and drug for peds (performance enhancing drugs) but it'll make you very horny. You'll need 10 times more force of will than a regular person to do nofap and no sex with that dosage. It can drive you insane.

And if you're already a porn addict well, you are asking for trouble.

And let's not discuss the long term issues of using steroids. Just the sex part. You let us know how it goes.
