NoFap and Tics?

    Hi, i'm raz and im 16 years old. (almost 17)

    i have really easy kind of tics, and i have heard that there is some connection between NoFap and tics.

    can you guys tell me more about it? NoFap is good or not good for the tics? what NoFap can do to the tics?

    Hi Raz, I have had tics (eyes twitching, head nodding, noises at the back of the throat etc etc)since I was a teenager (I am 46 now). I manage them well (and people very rarely notice now) but if you have them you will know how misunderstood they are and I have had to find my own ways of dealing with them (but once I accepted them I did find they reduced/became more manageable)

    Meditation also helped a lot, both with the acceptance and the frequency/intensity.

    As far as NoFap is concerned I have been completely PMO free for nearly about 2 months now and have not noticed any difference but now you mention it I will keep a (twitchy) eye on it:eek:
