nofap anger?

    Day 15. Not feeling any super strong urges. But am feeling extremely irritable. Every little thing irritates me and I am taking things personally a lot more than I already normally do. I am already very discontent with my life. But now it is just intensified. I'm assuming its because of withdrawal? Or do most people usually feel pretty good at around this time?

    I love the NoFap anger. Anger is good - it means you have a lot of vitality. Don't try to get rid of the anger. Use it to focus on what you want to change. Anger can motivate people to do great things!
