Nofap as a student

If you're masturbating to sexy girls, you're basically using a porn substitute, or soft core porn at least. It's the same thing, just a different degree.

I would suggest studying with friends or in the libary or some other public environment. Don't expose yourself to unnecessary erotic stimuli. Maybe you could study in the men's locker room, ha! Seriously though, find a place that's public and neutral, and you'll have better chances of getting your studying in. Quit cold turkey. There is no other way. Push yourself harder for nofap and for studies. Some days will be extremely difficult but you will have no other option. Accept that and give it all you got.
