Nofap, balls getting bigger ?

    Hi all,

    Sperm is stored in the epididymis, so if you dont fap for a long time, logically shouldnt it get filled up making it seems like your balls are getting a tiny bit bigger ?

    I dont believe in such things. Ive abstained from PMO for a while(Before sexsomnia came in my life) and my balls still look the same.
