    Hello everyone my name is Joy. I am 2nd yr Grauation Student and I have been into this PMO Addiction since I was 11 and it has been 10yrs and now I want to quit it. This Addiction has effected my studies and my personal life. I want to get out of this Addiction. I tried to quit this habit earlier also but I failed continuously and end up with relapsing. So I want support from u all to help me get out of this worse habit. I don't wanna spoil my life. This is my 1st day and I want to mak it to 90 Days. I need the support of this community.
