I really like Spotify but a problem with it is that many album/playlist images can be triggering. A remedy for this I've decided upon is to (for a while at least) not search for music but instead just listen to the playlists I have. I'm gonna organize and create some new playlists first. I have to delete a lot of playlists as well. I have had Spotify since 2010 and I have really hoarded music, can't really be healthy. I have to accept that even if I hear a good song, I might never hear it again, I can't save every good song I ever hear, that cannot be a healthy behavior. This also means that I should be mindful and appreciative when I do listen to good music.
