So, @MASTER MONK, I become a peasant =)
Day 4 daily check-in,
When I wake up at 4.30am, sleep at 8.00pm, exercise in the morning, have a cold shower and leave my house, I have 0 urges to PMO and I AM MUCH HAPPIER. When I don't do these things, I'm in a state of mild depression which always leads to the urge to PMO.
Why am I making this so difficult for myself? What's the point in not doing the things that will make this journey easy and enjoyable for me? I guess it's a lack of discipline and commitment to the above routines. This could be because I put in place other routines/rules that were ambiguous and easily broken. Perhaps I would find it easier if I spent some time making a habit out of the below 5 habits first, then adding another habit after each 3 weeks:
be in bed with phone off at 8
wake up and start your day at 4.30
Go to the gym to train every morning
Have a 5 minute shower every morning, with 3 mins being max cold setting) I would have a much easier time sticking to them. I'll try this.
Schedule your day the night before (i.e. schedule Tuesday on Monday night.

I'm sad to read it man. I remember we were checking in everyday almost at the same time, and I kinda noticed that lately you were not as consistent but I thought perhaps you were just busy with something else..
Anyway, a streak is just a number and you haven't lost your strength. You'll get to another long streak, we know you can!
You're totally right, I gave up to outer pressure, my plan is to come back and checking in regularly.. anyway I looked at your profile sometimes and we check at same time bc we're from the same country

Day 59 right there just before 60. Had a rough day around 52 and then I got sick which actually helped with nofap because porn felt disgusting and I haven't had urges since then.
