Day 12 check-in,
I"m still putting myself in situations where relapse is very likely. For example,I still not getting enough sleep, I'm still phone taking my phone into bed and staying in my room. I know this journey can be as difficult or as easy I want it to be by my actions and habits.Nonetheless, I am still abstaining from porn and masturbation.
