    Happy new years to every soldiers and officers ! I hope this year will be successful for the army.

    I've almost reached 90 days PMO-free. Currently, it is not easy to hold on. However, a soldier must accept the difficulties and not complain. Many times I want to PMO or just to watch nudes saying to myself "It's not porn, it's ok". I know it is not but I try to convince myself it is ! This must come to an end. This is the difficulty I'm fighting right now. I've fallen into this trap to often in the past. Now I won't fall again !

    Daily reporting. 8k done, training excersise done. Just wanna share a quick tip which everyone can do on everyday, is to watch/listen whatever that helps you control lust. Recently, before bed, I wash myself and I also wash my brain/mind, by watching the following. It makes things easier so even if you're in hard mode, try it. Whether you're or not in the same belief.

    Key words here: if you can control looking, you can control lust.

    Hello everyone, I am a warrant officer here starting today. The war will be long but it's important to always keep pushing. I've been fighting this war for a couple years now and have won 3 battles (had streaks of 90+ days). This year I intend on taking no losses, and will be subscribing to Hell mode as well. I joined this team to help and lead others through this long, arduous journey and hope others will help and lead me as well. So I'll end my intro post with a couple tips and would love to hear your thoughts.

    The main tip I have for anyone starting on their nofap journey or recovering from a relapse is to try not doing everything at once. We are all individuals who want to improve their lives and that's why we're here on NoFap. In the elite forces I can only imagine how ambitious and hungry everyone must be (mainly why I decided to come here ;) ), but oftentimes if you try to actively build multiple good habits in conjecture with nofap it will be difficult to get through the nofap war (this is what I've observed from reading multiple journals and forum threads). So make sure everyday you actively make nofap a priority and all your other goals will take care of themselves, and after you hit 90 days you'll be able to just accelerate your progress by focusing on those other things and not so much on nofap. By then hopefully nopfap will be engrained into your way of life.

    My first hell mode post:
    Some of my goals mainly revolve around career, academic, my personal physical/mental health. Today I got through a chapter of a book called the Deep Learning book which I'm reading because of my interests in artificial intelligence. I also got in a solid leg day workout today. I started the day by meditating for 10 minutes. I also managed to avoid distractions like YouTube for most of the day.

    Me reporting,
    Daily pt done. Had a very blessing dream (never before) Wonder if this was implying something good ahead.

    Read a case. A man posted a sexual video on multiple porn sites. The motive was for broke up. The woman shouldn't agreed on the first place of allowing him to take the clip. I hardly can give her a sympathy.

    This is what happens in premarital sex. No sense of responsibility. And a common sense.

    Today was day 30 for me. Before I wouldn't stop to celebrate this moment, but I've realized as of late that you got to celebrate the things you can. With anybody struggling, STAY IN THE FIGHT. I might start posting more over the next month bc the second month is usually the hardest for me.

    Today was another pretty productive day for me. I got in quality self studying time and also went to the gym and got in a good hard workout in. Also managed to eat pretty healthy today. Overall a great day. I'm hoping the same happened for the rest of you. Quote or tag me and let me know how your days were!!

    Two not good days. Old wound started hurting again. I had relapses because of this before joining the force, by spending too much time on bed. Will take it easy on pt for awhile and no screen time at night.

    I officially started Hell Mode now, I'll wake up all days at 7 AM. I'll study, read and do exercises all the days, that's my obligations for these actual days, soon I'll put more things, that's what I need to do now.

    This is a good spirit, congratulations ! But don't get exhausted and try to have good habits step by step. For instance, first try to get up early then, when you're used to it and that it is natural for you, do exercises etc... The important point is to stay busy so that there is less time for you to watch P (and you do not think about it too). Good luck !

    Had no screen time at night so had a good sleep. Will stick with this for a while.
    No pt but did some streches. Everything will be fine again.
    Negative self talk is getting worse. I gotta be positive. I gotta stop comparing myself with others.

    Day 1, daily check-in. I'm fine now, but the day was hard, so hard.
    Yes, Does not worth it do all the things and don't have time to live life. I'll improve them slowly, starting with the basic or minimum, thank you. But I'm also on Hell Mode so if i say I need to do I'll do. And I needed to study today and I studied, I'm proud of myself, congrats for me hehe. :p

    Happy New Year fellow fapstronauts! Well folks, here I am yet again. Can't seem to break that glass ceiling and been on an absolutely rotten run of late. Seems I can't go more than 2 days' max at the moment, and struggling to stay motivated. But I know this is a war not a battle, so up I get. Phone in plastic bag, plastic bag in driveway, every night until this is beaten!

    Can private @GonTheHunter share how to pass more than 2 days? You guys can check on each other's progress some times.

    Reporting, another 8 k done. Keeping motivated. No wound hurting for two days, awesome.
    Watched a movie yesterday. As I didn't know about the history of India so this was a great opener.
    Weekend relapse is pretty common here. Before taking any breaks, to sound off why you're doing this whenever you can.
