This is the most important! You shouldn't spend a long time read the articles in one day in other words you should read articles about 20 minutes but keep on it every day.

Daily pt done. I thought about the trigger control. In the military this means how to shoot straight and every boot would learn in the basic training. In Nofap means how to control urges. If this is a habit then the way to do it has to be simple, easy and without thinking. A common practice from the course we're using tells the rule of 3:
Acknowledge the trigger
Have a smile (I added)
Come back to the reality
Is that simple. If this world has full of triggers, to squeeze or not to squeeze is up to me.

Finally worked again today, it is still far the moment in which I will work as before, but I enjoyed having again work to do.
And obviously do it as an hell mode require.
Same goes for workout and academics.
Daily pt is done. Received some new plans but apparently affected by this pandemic. I'll keep an open mind and be safe out there.
Some DV cases are increasing in the U.K. NY has reached someone dies in every 2 min. My state is on alert. Will see soldiers around. If necessary, I'd also be called for a supportive role.
