I want to join. Count me in
Good day 2, just as to qualify it as good. As the norm . Yet, week, month of grind, year, a lifetime . You should control your chakra, right ? You cannot go over the top, you cant go too easy .. just as your word !
@Skiller you got it in you, don't worry .
Day 43 all good
Will be more accurate in next days

Thank you. Needed that.
I'm not surprised. Most folks think they can make it by their own way. They might be able to survive for days but won't thrive. Thinking this is their own struggle. That's why from day one I said to take the training camp. To figure out path and plan.
So, are you still in or not?
Saw you many times. Go to post #3.
Daily pt done. A little be distracted by the technical problem. But still completed minimum tasks. Thanks to the pandemic, there's no clear line between rest and work. Cuz all in the same place. That's why it's so important to have a list and follow it without a question.
Day 44 reporting the duty
worked a lot on my private project for the work
Did my workout as well
Bought a new alarm clock.
No exscuses to watch the phone even for the time
Lighter pt done. I just finished the webinar with our "drill" instructor. I will share some of the messages a little bit constantly so you'll get the overall gradually.
If I can summarize this event in one word, would be connection. The ultimate recovery has to be focused on how to reconnect with the community. Most folks can't get away from vicious cycle, is because of loneliness. And this pandemic is some how making it worse. To do so you gotta use all things such as capitals for recovery. You get to know more if you've done the training camp already. Over.
Great experience and can't wait to see the next on May. Out.
day 45 checking
An hell day worth to be called hell day
Everything and even more done
As @MONSTER MONK said
Satisfaction that Porn will never give you
You‘re right. I need to do a plan. Addictions can‘t be cured by hanging around and hope that there won‘t be a relapse. I‘m still in, for sure.
Pt is done. Can't go out for a while as the streets will have a whole wipe out operation going on. But early birds always get the fresh air regardless.
If you missed the webinar, recording is available. I'll update that page soon so stay tuned.
