Day 0, been binging again. I feel like I've forgotten why I even started nofap in the first place, slipping back into old habits. Trying to take my mind off nofap only had the opposite effect, so its time to do something different. The only way I'm getting through this is by constant, consistent reminders in my life and environment as to why I want this for myself. Been watching some nofap videos on youtube, some are a bit woo woo but most of them have been helpful. But i have to be careful not to let youtube become another form of escapism like porn is.
