The productivity needs to be upped.

Reporting the day. 8+3km run in 52 +20 minutes, stretching, ,20 pull ups, 15 minutes of meditation and 45 minutes of studying PMO done.

Reporting. Self reflection is done. Same problems that need to address. Light sack walking. Finished a book. Not knowing what took me so long.
Attended a ceremony. Will most likely have this event weekly.
One week done ladies and gents! I'm now a Sergeant!

Day 0, been binging again. I feel like I've forgotten why I even started nofap in the first place, slipping back into old habits. Trying to take my mind off nofap only had the opposite effect, so its time to do something different. The only way I'm getting through this is by constant, consistent reminders in my life and environment as to why I want this for myself. Been watching some nofap videos on youtube, some are a bit woo woo but most of them have been helpful. But i have to be careful not to let youtube become another form of escapism like porn is.

Finished important work and got a ton of new work. Most productive date/most hours clocked in since I started tracking my work time!
Day 1. Was a rainy day, mostly slept. Gonna be more productive tomorrow as coding bootcamp starts up again in 4 days.
Reporting the day. Dojo training. Resupply mission is done. Laundry mission is done. Ready for the big test in few days. Moral high. Reviewing some past work materials.
I'm tracking the time too. It's the only way to measure pro or non productive.
