Relasped again this morning, knew what I was supposed to be doing and not doing but I just couldn't care in the moment. Gonna start reading reading universal man's reboot regimen today, hopefully it helps

Not sure if I am getting stronger. This month was tough. I recently dreamt I was a guy jerking off and getting the STUFF in my mouth super odd. Not something I would have ever entertained as a fantasy ever so idk just super weird.
