He was toxic. While he has helped me with some issues, he is incredibly ill equipped to deal with abuse and such topics. Identified the enemy and eliminated him to continue to fight for healing.
Haven't checked in on this in a while, slacking hard. Been struggling on all aspects of life so nofap has kind of been on the backburner but I know logically that makes no sense. This will only make me stronger, and give me more energy to do the work required to fight the other issues in my life. No more bullshit.

Worked, trained on the weights as a recovery circuit even though I was sore and tired from the day before. Reading today consisted of:
2. Psychology textbook
3. Bible — chapter of Isaiah, Proverbs, and Galatians
Feeling a breath of fresh air. Working out definitely helps with NoFap a lot. Seems to stimulate a similar type of exhaust as fap.
