Thanks. I am in a no sex marriage: I am therefore now on indefinite and permanent hard mode - no going back. Happy to offer any advice if anyone wants it. Main thing is you need to think strategically and make the right changes to your lifestyle to be able to control your desires. Think of monk mode as part of your holistic lifestyle change. This is actually an incredibly positive decision you are making. The first month is the most difficult, as this is when really it is just willpower getting you through. After that you can do a lot to make no pmo permanent.
