8 days into this. And pretty much from the day I started I have had ZERO urges to P, M or even O.

I'm getting morning wood albeit not super hard. No desire to act on it.

If I continue like this, this whole nofap thing is going to be a walk in the park!

I actually think I might have been in Flatline before I even started NoFap and faping was out of habit than libido.

I'm a bit older and my PMO & escalation was fast only around 5 years. I have read on YBOP that older guys who havn't used porn from a young age have a quicker recovery.

    Thoughts?

Hey, I've got totally the same problem like you. 8th day and no urges... Before any relapse I was always horny after 3-4 days of nofap. But then the porn started to be boring to me. No I don't fap and I don't feel horny. Really strange, maybe my body was fed up with all of this. I am curious what others will say.

Sometimes I have a 'porn flashback' for seconds in my mind and I feel some minor blood flow down there. But it's easily dismissed and goes away.

I'm glad this is easy, but I'm equally concerned. Maybe immediate flatline paves the way for a quicker recovery.

Hope some others can chime in :)

I am in a similar situation... don't really have urges or temptations, morning wood isn't super hard. It also worries me...

I do find I'm a little bit irritable today, but other than that not much has changed...

I would say: count your blessings and be grateful!

Not worried. What is there to worry about? Having too much success? :)

On the other hand, I wouldn't *expect* it to continue to be this easy. Be vigilant because things can go any way at any moment. But if they don't, great! Everyone is different because we are talking about psychology and addiction here.
