I told myself I don't have a PM problem for years. Here were my justifications.

Justification 1:
I can't have a problem since I generally go for 3-4 months before a good relapse binge of P and M. Most people can't go a full week without PMO.

Justification 2:
My delayed ejaculation problem started after taking SSRIs for a few months, so even though that was a few years back, it's still effecting me. It's the meds not P and M. Before SSRiS I could cum inside my wife in about 5-10 minutes. Now, I either can't come inside or it takes me 30-45 minutes.

Results of NoFap:
It has been 3 months without any P or M, only sex with my wife. About 80% of the time now I can can finish inside of her in about 10-15 minutes. This is real success in my book, (and my wife's).

I used to wonder how some couples had more than one or two kids, because my ability to cum was so diminished, especially in vaginal intercourse, but even in masturbation. It was as good as having a vasectomy.
 
I've been over 90 days with nofap. Of all the times I've had sex since NoFap I've been able to cum after a reasonable amount of time. Once it took a while longer, she started to get raw so I ended up finishing myself, with her permission, but I'd had sex 2 days before and wasn't really needing it. Still it didn't take pounding her for a long time like it used to.
 
NoFap cured my delayed ejaculation and PIED. Last May, I came clean with my wife after she asked me about our virtually non-existent sex life. I told her that I had become consumed with porn, masturbation, and 'taking matters into my own hands'.

I told her that I had started at 30 day 'fast' from all sexual stimulation: porn, masturbation, etc. and asked for her help. At around day 30, we resume having sex with one another. I was really worried because my past attempts at sex resulted in failure to either get it or up or to keep it up. I couldn't climax inside of her.

After my 30 day fast, I became hornier than a 17 year teenager. I obtained immediate rock hard erections with my wife and I climaxed in a normal amount of time (2-7 minutes after penetration.)

Up until this point in time, I had absolutely no libido and I was a bit worried about my ability to perform. We ended up having sex nine times in thirteen days. Now, I have no problem performing in bed and she recently referred to me as her 'Italian Stallion.'

So, this is encouragement to all of you guys out there who are experiencing PIED or DE. A 30 day or longer fast will definitely help you to rewire your brain and regain your virility.

Hang in there, because it's tough to deny yourself the short-term pleasure to obtain the long-term gain of normal sexual performance.
