nofap cured prostatitis,IBS ,bladder problems, sleep apnea

After 22 days i can say that there are no symptoms left. For years i had prostatitis with ED and bladder problems. I would go to the bathroom to pee 20-30 times per day and i would wake up during the night 3-4 times. Also i had sleep apnea.

Doctors can say whatever they want and give you drugs but masturbation ,at least in my case, caused prostatitis. After masturbation my anus felt full and i could feel my enlarged prostate ready to explode.

P.S i also do cold showers before i go to sleep. That with nofap helped me treat sleep apnea

Ive gone thru nasty bouts of prostatitis, as well as some of the other things you mention. More incentive for me to remain sober from this. Good luck and thanks for the informative post

Ι had mainly constipation and after a week with no bowel movement i had diarrhea or sometime diarrhea for 2 days and then constipation again. Later on i had digestive issues. I mean i could not digest the damn food and i had stomach cramps. My theory is that from constipation toxins were not released and bacteria were threw my hole body. Constipation and prostatitis go together in my opinion. When i stopped masturbation and started cold showers i cured myself. When i started cold showers i would release gas and my intestines felt relieved.
 
Great ! Me too also I had prostatititis with no cause found (non-bacterial). I stopped masturbation and after 5 days I felt that my prostate became smaller a lot.

But that IBS disappeared this is very interesting I didn't know it can be caused by masturbation too.

I went to two doctors. Nobody knew what i had and they told me that i probably had IBS. I did blood tests and all seemed fine. IBS, for my case at least, was from stress and anxiety problems that were created from overmasturbation. Overmasturbation depletes your hormones in thyroid gland, testosterone drops and dopamine and serotonin and other hormones are depleted.

I can digest again. No more burping,no more gas, no more bloated intestines, no more prostatitis, no more ED.


P.S i relapsed 4 days ago and felt like crap after 22 days of no porn and masturbation but this time my body recovered quicker. Now my goal is at least 30 days with no masturbation or porn
 
This is really encouraging as those things - and migraines - affect me too. really makes the journey worth while if it works

bro can you tell me how much years of masturbation.....in my case i think prostatitis also formed due to improper masturbation...i have problem like difficulty in starting urination,weak urine flow.i am at 10th day of nofap but no improvements so far...

Very true ...am going thru the same problem..l can feel my bladder hurting...weak flow of urine sometimes urinate 35 times a day...l need help
 
I had two kidney stones removed surgically. Ever since I stopped pmo completely I haven't been back in the hospital. Each time I would relapse, about two weeks after I'd be plagued by colics and stones passing. Every single time. I did not have this problem when I was actively addicted but for some reason withdrawal induced it. PMO seems to affect urinary tract health more than we realize, interestingly hard drugs also affect the urinary tract more than anything else. If you ask me it's the toxic waste products and the system ridding itself of all of these oxidized chemicals that cause this kind of thing.

bro, did you cure your urine problems? I also have the same problem, weak urine flow... can you please share the solution?
