    i have been thinking about nofap at school and what i should do because im a new person and never made it pass 4th day and suck. so do not laugh because it is going get easier. i hope for the best Fapstronauts.

    It's hard for lots of guys to get traction at the beginning. Nothing funny about it, but also not something to beat yourself up about. Have you seen the vids at www.yourbrainonporn.com? Good luck!
