NoFap day 5

Since i have started NoFap i already feel myself more energetic and with motivation to do things, a week ago I just sat in my room jercking off and doing nothing today I already did 3 projects out of the I was assinged and I feel that I feel more confident around women this is amazing and I want to continue with this lifestyle.

Yesterday I was in facebook and suddenly a hot girl appeared in a photo but I just knew that if I fapped I was going to lose my progress.
