I'm only on a 5 day streak at the moment but I haven't binged porn since around February. I may have PMOd 10 times max in the last month and a half. But I can see a significant increase at the gym and in everyday life. Stubborn fat pockets just disappeared all of a sudden. I'm eating healthy af, I'm gaining confidence. When I was watching porn I had to shave maybe once a week, now I have to shave everyday, sometimes twice a day. I'm stronger than ever. I'm still dealing with flatline but that'll sort itself out. I'm loving NoFap

  2. Great job man, keep it up! When you find the urge to relapse remember how it feels when you are free.

Great job. I noticed similar side effects of NoFap. I am actually on an RX for low testosterone and after a 2 week streak I am considering talking to my doctor to taper off.

Hey guys, actually I think that when I have orgasm, I can fullfill my testosterone with organic products and with other natural products, which can help me in any "sticky" situation. However when I had problems with this my wife said that she is not angry on this but I think that I want to make her more happy with good sexual life. Anyway I have started to find a lot of articles about that and on different forums I found an article "Nugenix review" where is a testosterone that can help me with that, but there comes another thought, to t or not ?

Agreed, it does raise test levels. One study says that after 7 days it goes to baseline but really after 7 days androgen receptors are more sensitive to test... basically means your body can use test better. So a long streak is beneficial, my only concern is I think extremely long streaks (100+ days) could potentially have the opposite effect
