NoFap gave me bad PE

    Hey guys,

    I started NoFap about 6 months ago and i've been on a few long streaks within the last couple months. During those long streaks I've experienced plenty of benefits. However, I've developed BAD premature ejaculation. Like so so bad. I can't last 5 seconds when having sex with a girl. I would go again and maybe last a minute. If anyone has any tips besides masturbating before that would be awesome.

    From what I have experienced, it does calm down in time. After abstaining and you get your sensitivity back, it is through the roof for a while. Give it a time and spend more time, during sex, with touch and intimacy. I'm not saying that will slow the PE right away but it will lengthen the time and quality of your time together.

    I experienced the same and was totally scared as well. However, it went completely back to normal again. Can’t recall how long it took, but that episode wasn’t too long.
