Nofap, Hard mode and Monk mode

    Could anyone tell me what is the difference between these three;

    1) Nofap ?
    2) Hard mode ?
    3) Monk mode ?

    nofap - no masturbation and porn
    hard mode - no porn masturbation and orgasm (basically don't have sex)
    monk mode - no entertainment (social media, gaming, music, tv, etc) + hard mode

    I think I am currently doing a "half monk mode" because I let go of gaming but still it is difficult for modern people to do monk mode unless you live in like mountains
