NoFap is making me horny

The only thing you need clarification on is your point about NoFap being a coping mechanism.... but isn't that exactly what it is meant to be? Namely it's a way to cope with not masturbating and watching porn...… so no you are not crazy. Well done for 92 days. You need to give yourself more credit - and in this respect I am talking to my 'elder'.

 

Your not crazy.... the same thing happens to me. Even hearing about other peoples stories reminds me of my memories...

 

In my journals, I rarely, if ever, name a pornstar or actress that turns me on. Just seeing the name triggers something.
I cannot even write the names of certain magazines that contained sex & nudity without feeling excited. I do not find what you said crazy at all.

 

Sometimes it makes me horny too. I get horny when I open up about my past - surrendering all of my inner most thoughts and perversions of the past. Letting someone in my head can be a turn on. I gotta be careful about that.

 

Glad you take the time to do that. Sone people make posts about triggers/relapses including the pornstars name. It's inconsiderate considering how easy it is to search that stuff up.
