NoFap is one type of self improvement, what others can I be doing too?

    Theres 90 days nofap, i feel i am doing it somewhat comfortably now, my question is, what other challenges can I do?
    e.g.
    30 days no TV
    30 days of push ups
    30 days of ...

    Can you guys lend me some suggestions plox? :)

    No junk food
    No sweets
    8 hours of sleep each night
    No alcohol
    No swearing
    30 minutes of reading each day
    Daily meditation

    That's all I can think of for now. I'm not saying that I suggest doing them all, just some ideas you might want to use.

    I think some people are being a little too extreme (no TV etc), though some good ones that I like include:
    - No junk food
    - 10 mins Meditation
    - 5 f&v
    - 2 litres water
    - 30 mins daily exercise
    - 2 hours reading
    - 10 mins visualising/positive thinking
    - No video games (similarly bad as porn for dopamine)

    I dare you to go to a local mma or muay thai class, you'll feel muscles being worked in area you never knew you had muscles and theres a lot of conditioning.


    lol id feel more comfortable If I know anyone else is putting themselves thru that hardcore training. But it will benifit you in many ways, core strength, self defense.

    Maybe brah, i'm pretty content with doing the free weights I have at home right now though. In the summer i'll do so, as my schedule wont be busy packed.
