Yeah PMO addiction is a branch of sex addiction. I think most people here are addicts, maybe not everyone but most are.

63 days. Wow one year, that is amazing. Did you do it with no edging, fantasy or p subs?

I did it without edging yes, i started trying at december 2019, currently i am feelin fine without pron, but it is still hard to resist womans who always try to go for sex chats...

What really helps me stickin to porn avoid is:
    - Why should you do something that gives you pleasure for a couple of seconds when you can live a life of pleasures?
    - Our body is limited, so why do we have to waste our resources?
    - Why do we have to waste hours hitting our brain ? because thats what watching P is, it is the same as doing self damage, like if you throw a rock in your feets

I know its not a big list but, sometimes quality is better than quantity, and what really make the different is ur motivation to make the change and make a new "LIFESTYLE" and not to win a "CHALLENGE", very important point to understand this is a lifestyle and not a challenge.

I agree. Well done for doing it properly. As for the women and the sexting, just stay away from it. The same applies again, why waste your energy on it. Stay strong.

The problem occurs when you are not lookin for some material, but someone else is giving it to you and saying usin it is right, this is what makes it harder

Quitting something doesn't make you addicted to it. I don't think that's biologically or mentally possible.

Quitting M has simply shown you how much you think about sex when not insulting and distracting yourself by beating your meat.

Treat the disease, not the symptom.
