NoFap + Meditation + Early Morning Wake up + Exercise

  1. Can anybody tell the benefits you got done NoFap along with meditation, waking up early and doing exercise daily for at least 30 days. Because I want to try it, but I want to know what was your experience before the start. I just relapsed and YouTube recommended me some videos about waking up early, 30 days NoFap benefits videos.

    So could you please let us know your experience.

    Don't overthink, just do it. Abstention, 8-9 hours of sleep, waking up early, proper diet, meditation and exercise will be very beneficial to your body and mind no matter what. You might feel bad as it can take long time to get rid of withdrawals abstention from addiction brings, but it's totally worth it.
