NoFap, Minoxidil, Beard & Acne

Hey,
I started the NoFap thing on 1st January, it's going well.
I have seen so much improvement in health, skin, motivation, etc.
I used minoxidil before for beard growth and it was great, it does really work. However, after stopping using, the beard stopped growing and it became thin. I stopped using 6 months ago.
Now, with around 4 weeks of NoFap, it seems that my beard started growing again, i can see new hair on the patchy spots. And my beard is thicker also.
Another thing is Acne. I used to have acne since teen years (I'm 26 now). And it seems to be going away. My face is not as red as before. Scars seems to be going away and the pore size is shrinking (My pore sizes on nose were quite big, now they are getting smaller each day).
So i do recommend this NoFap thing, it seems strange at first. But the overall benefits are so nice, you won't regret.
