I KNOW THIS IS LONG but plz READ
SO I've been pmo since I was about 11 years old and I didn't heavily start watching porn until I was about 13 but I thought it was normal at the time. My pmo grew and grew and i discovered new fetishes but I still didn't think anything of it. I suffered the deathgrip as I kept the same grip and eventually got tighter as I needed more pleasure to get off. I got a gf when I was 16 and things were OK. My erections weren't too special and I though there was just something wrong with me so I searched and searched and discovered jelqing and kegels and all of that but I still hadn't had that erection I wanted to have. It was weak and would go down after a few minutes or changing positions. Soon after I discovered weed and been smoking it pretty much every day since while also pmo. I didn't care about anything really other then that moment and after time I became lazy , insecure with my eq, and a whole bunch of things but I didn't care since that was my escape so it made things feel alright. It's now been 12 days on Nofap and I also quit smoking at the start of it and began working out almost everyday and changed up my diet a little better. After about 8 days my erections started to get ALOT harder and would come randomly from time to time and today my gf came over and I was so anxious that it was gonna happen like it always does. But it was different today , she started giving me head and I maintened a strong erection through the whole time !! And I know she noticed because she wouldn't keep her hands off of it and it stayed hard throughout the whole session which was about 45 min !! We switched positions with ease and I finally got to have intercourse with a full 100% erection and I just enjoyed the moment in the present and didn't think of "oh what if my dick goes soft " "what if we switch positions and I get soft when I stand up " all of these thoughts I just put away and enjoyed the moment. My penis was looking bigger then ever before and the quality was insane !! Guys this really works and I'm not even fully recovered yet . I especially recommend quitting or taking a break from weed or any other drugs also. my erections haven't been better !!! This is the cure and I hope everyone gets a little inspiratiOn . Trust me I had it BAD and all these changes I made in my life contributed. I hope to update you guys in the future but this is all for now .and btw I'm 18 rn as I saw I forgot to mention that

  2. Hey @Ogkidx18 ,

Welcome to NoFap! You are in the right place. My experience here is that I needed to:

    1. Learn the NoFap program.

    2. Get involved with the community.

The best resource I found was the “Getting Started with NoFap” guide. It is on the NoFap homepage and you can download it for free from this link https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/new-users-list-of-rebooting-resources.50878/

    Then, watch this video:

It is really good and explains so much about how the blasting of porn images into the brain in high definition on high speed internet while slamming porn sounds into the ears with headphones can literally change the way your brain demands sexual stimulation.

The video explains it better than I can.

Also, a great page is https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/new-users-list-of-rebooting-resources.50878/ my experience is that by reading every link and watching every video, I learned so much.

Then, I got involved with the community. I'm not anyone special on here, I don't have any magic powers. But, I can say hello to new members, post my journal entries, remember to “like” peoples posts, and offer my experience, strength and hope where appropriate.

Looking forward to seeing you around on the forums,

    * L

PS - Think of pmo like a wolf. Stay near the center of the group with the winners and the wolf has a more difficult time finding you. But, stray near the edges of the community and the wolf can pick you off.

  3. For me NoFap is 1/2 program & 1/2 fellowship. Click on these people and post a "hello" on their profiles:

Take a look at who they are exchanging messages. You will find more profiles.

So, if you would have found more profiles yourself, why suggest these particular ones as a start? My experience is that the bricks that holds this community together is cemented in my having found support from other members. Those relationships started with just saying hello. So, my ESH is that saying hello has kept the fellowship alive for myself.

Looking forward to your success and in seeing you say hello on these profiles,

  4. One of the ways I got involved with the fellowship was by reading some really great journals.

I've included journals from all age groups, spiritual members, religious members, secular members, male and female. You should find journals that help. If not, look around, there are hundreds of others from which to choose. When I say "it works if you work it", reading journals is part of that work.

Once you open a journal, click "Watch Thread" in the upper right of the page to get alerts when new posts are made. Here are just a few:

There are many more, and you can discover them on your own. But, these are great places to start.

This is a work in progress. So, if a journal has changed or is no longer active, look around there are some amazing journals on here.
