    Hello guys,
So Yes I'm doing it, quitting both cigarettes (day 11), and nofap (today 1 month)...
This is not hard as it sound, and it'll be easier if you know that if you give up, your effort will go for nothing...
I feel pretty good, a lot of energy, a little depressed but it's the Nictoine withdrawal.
I have problem is that I am not sleeping deep like before, having sexual dreams, sleeping bad I guess...I don't know if it is the Nicotine or Nofap that's causing this...

Three things that helped me 1) workout (no gym so I run or do home workout)
    2) cold water (wim hof way will make you feel good)
    3) being super healthy, herbs, honey, fruit, nuts, vitamins

I hope that I quit bad stuff, though it's not easy to quit two only things that give you pleasure, but I just know that it must be done

Go for it! I cured gaming addiction of more than 12000hours.. Everything is possible! And don't let your mind control you-
    "Just one more time"
"Haven't done it a while let's do it for old days"
And much more excuses your mind is telling you. (Not a smoker though never did)

I've met a wise man in Sauna once that told me any addiction we have, we should quit it...
That's awesome that you quit gaming!!

    Day 13 update:
Still no smoke no cigarettes, mood can be really depressed sometimes...
Better sleep, but fap urgies are coming back

Hi! Good luck with this. I’ve been there, and have been battling addictions to pretty much everything you can imagine (PMO, cigarettes, weed, gaming, vaping, food, caffeine etc.) for as long I can remember. I entered therapy for my porn/sex addiction and the mindset change has allowed me to quit everything. For the first time I actually feel in control of my urges and compulsions, and it’s amazing. Check out my diary if you want some tips with regards to this. Combatting multiple addictions is hard but it’s not impossible! You just need to be aware that stopping isn’t always going to be enough. Addictions are like whack a mole- one goes down and another will pop up.
