    Hello guys I'm new to this forum.

    I gave myself a promise this new years eve to stop watching porn and am successfull so far.

    I have a few questions.

    Wont you suffer from blueballs? I am a 23 year old guy with pretty high sex lust, is it healthy for me to not ejaculate?

    I imagine if I do not masturbate for lets say a month, then meet a girl, I will most likely cum too quickly, and no-one wants that?

    Just a few thoughts going around my head.

    Your body has natural ways of dealing with the build up, either through reabsorption or nocturnal emission, so it is perfectly harmless to abstain from ejaculating.

    As far as being with a girl is concerned, be creative, there are many ways to satisfy a partner.

    Thank you this has set my mind at ease a bit. I'm an alcoholic/narcotics addict who has been sober and clean for 10 months, but I didn't understand how much porn altered me until a few days ago.

    I like what octonacho had to say but I want to add something about the girl question. If you're with a girl who gets pissy about cumming too quickly she's probably not a girl you want to be around. Girls who are too judgmental are not fun to be around no matter how hot they are.
