Didn't realize this was supposed to be a reply to the actual post instead of a DM. My bad here it is.

    1) How long have you been seriously trying NoFap? I've been trying on and off for the past 5 years, but I relapsed last year and almost gave up. About a month ago I decided to truly commit.

    2) How many times have you relapsed? Several times over the years. Since this most recent attempt, I've relapsed 4 times.

    3) What mades you want to start NoFap and why try again now? My fiance left me 6 weeks ago. A big part of the issues leading to the breakup stem directly from side effects of porn addiction. I've been able to kick almost every other addiction in my life and I want to feel more in control of myself.

    4) What is the normal trigger or routines that normally lead to your relapse? Break down your last one.
Trigger: Browsing IG/Twitter on my phone or laptop.
Time: After 11PM or lazy weekend mornings when I don't feel like getting out of bed
    Day: 4/16/21
    Location: In my room
    Device: Phone

    6) How will you change those patterns so you don't end up in a situation/environment that triggers you to restart (provide clear detailed plans). I've removed IG and Twitter from my phone for the time being. Removing them is an attempt to keep myself more attentive to life in general. I'm also exercising at least 6 days per week. The exercise and social media cleanse combined should keep me away from the main triggers of boredom and laziness. I've been keeping a journal that helps me take my mind off things at night before bed as well.

    7) on scale of (least) 1-10 (most) how motivated are you to succeed with NoFap? 10 - I feel more motivated than I ever have before.

    8) on scale of (least)1-10 (most) how engaged will you be with the discord group for NoFap? 10 - I challenged my roommate to a NoFap November once and I relapsed a couple of days after finding out he had relapsed at 3 weeks which was my longest streak ever. Since then I haven't gotten quite there again, but having accountability helped me a lot.

    9) From scale (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed alone? 70% - I'm motivated and think I can do it, but the first few days are always easiest for me.

    10) From (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed with accountability and recommendations from the group? 80% - Checking in and holding myself accountable while being in a community of likeminded people will help me get in a better mindset about truly succeeding.

    11) Will you be willing to check in daily or every other day on discord to stay accountable? Yes. I work from home so this will not be an issue.

    12) Do you understand that it's a normal part of the process to relapse but you must still engage with the group at least every other day? Yes. The hardest part for me has always been relapsing and feeling like I have to endure failure alone. Facing failure within a community motivates me to keep my streak and also makes me less likely to give up after relapse.

    13) You notice some members are relapsing more than others, what do you do? I'd reach out and see if they want to chat one-on-one and see if maybe I can help them through the mental struggle.

    14) You find yourself relapsing two times in one week, what do you do? I would mention in the group that I'm having some trouble and see if someone is able to talk things out with me and work on a better plan for success.

    15) The group has value because current members help with accountability and encourage each other, the moderators have long streaks and knowledge in psychology/self improvement, what do you uniquely bring to the table and how do you see yourself contributing to the group? I've conquered addiction to nicotine and alcohol and I've personally helped friends conquer other addictions. I feel that my abilities as an empath along with my daily availability due to working from home will let me assist many people to achieve their goals while furthering my own simultaneously.

    16) You were asked to do a relapse report and read the instruction on how to do it. The instructions weren't very clear, what are some different proactive steps you can take at this point? Write up my report based on the given information and reach out to moderators to confirm that my draft meets the requirements while also confirming the accuracy of the instructions.

    17) If members are not engaging enough as mentioned in strict rules, will you continue to do your part but also encourage members to follow rules since it's in their best interest for success? Yes. I don't mind going into the group a few times a day just to do a "pulse check" and make sure everyone is doing okay.

Final agreement: You understand this is not a therapy group but rather a support and accountability group. Excessive adult videos reduce dopamine which is why the majority of users have low motivation and feel "lazy" to read or watch videos. Before you submit this application, you agree to fight the laziness and watch the 7-minute video IN FULL to completely understand the rules and expectations.

If accepted, the first thing I will do is 1). go to new members channel and read the rules (IN FULL fighting laziness), 2). introduce myself 3). watch video of the discord walkthrough which has been pinned in the new member's channel. It's okay to relapse but lack of engagement or lack of initiative to improve AFTER you've received advice could result in being removed from group.

I agree to all of the above and look forward to hearing back about becoming a member of this group.

The first post is really all you need to read and watch. We're still receiving applicants and due to this process guys are active, helpful and making very decent progress. I'm on day 18 going on 19. There are some struggles but really I learn and get a lot of support from you guys as well.

Guys are doing solid and have taken a lot of initiative to drive everyone in the group forward. Several relapses have occurred but with less porn use and their streak has been much longer than prior NoFap attempts alone.

    1) How long have you been seriously trying NoFap? I've been trying on and off for the past nine years, with differing levels of success and I have taken NoFap seriously for probably the last three to four years.

    2) How many times have you relapsed? Few times over the years my story is interesting because I had numerous very long streaks Pre-covid as I went maximum 600 days NoFap Hard Mode and had few streaks of 30-60 days however, have recently struggled throughout COVID because of inability to meet with friends and leave my home.

    3) What mades you want to start NoFap and why try again now? I have always been dedicated to quitting porn and realized the substantial damages attributable to porn notably mind fog and lack of motivation. Overall, I am quitting porn to improve and become the best version of myself. In addition, I wanted to specifically join NoFap because I wanted to help other people and communicate with others suffering from similar experiences as myself.

    4) What is the normal trigger or routines that normally lead to your relapse? Break down your last one.
Trigger: Instagram Model Pics, Twitter, and Youtube
Time: Normally in the morning and my worst day by far is Saturday
    Day: 4/25/21
    Location: In my room
    Device: Phone

    6) How will you change those patterns so you don't end up in a situation/environment that triggers you to restart (provide clear detailed plans). So, I think one of my main weaknesses stems from lack of accountability and to resolve this issue I have created a rough schedule and bucket list to complete daily and weekly. In addition, I hope that this group can help provide some accountability and resources to keep me preoccupied as my main weakness is honestly boredom. I am also actively looking for more employment opportunities to keep myself pre-occupied.

    7) on scale of (least) 1-10 (most) how motivated are you to succeed with NoFap? 10 – I feel extremely motivated to succeed as I want to finally overcome this addiction.

    8) on scale of (least)1-10 (most) how engaged will you be with the discord group for NoFap? 10 – I will be extremely engaged as one of the main reasons I want to join the group is to share thoughts, experiences, and to help each other overcome this addiction together!

    9) From scale (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed alone? 90% - I think there is a strong chance that I can succeed alone however, I believe the additional support could help me specifically throughout my journey as well as, I hope to share my experience and help others.

    10) From (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed with accountability and recommendations from the group? 95% - I believe the commitment and dedication of joining the group will provide a significant boost towards my chance of succeeding.

    11) Will you be willing to check in daily or every other day on discord to stay accountable? Yes, I would be willing to check in daily to stay accountable.

    12) Do you understand that it's a normal part of the process to relapse but you must still engage with the group at least every other day? Yes, I understand that it is normal to relapse my adage has always been that beating NoFap is a war and not a battle. Always seek to become better and every year try to do better than before.

    13) You notice some members are relapsing more than others, what do you do? I would try to help them as well as, I would specifically mention that whenever, they have the thought to relapse never be afraid to message either myself or someone in the discord team as we will always try to help!

    14) You find yourself relapsing two times in one week, what do you do? I would mention to the group that I am struggling and seek any help from the group as well as, perhaps do a self-reflection on some of the core reasons that I am struggling.

    15) The group has value because current members help with accountability and encourage each other, the moderators have long streaks and knowledge in psychology/self improvement, what do you uniquely bring to the table and how do you see yourself contributing to the group? I have a relatively long history trying to beat this addiction and I think what makes me unique is that I went on an extremely long streak 600 days and I can perhaps share some insight on my experience. As that time was one of the best moments of my life and I know that I can get back to that time. I also have a few tips and stories that I could share to the group to provide insight and support their NoFap journey.

    16) You were asked to do a relapse report and read the instruction on how to do it. The instructions weren't very clear, what are some different proactive steps you can take at this point? I can search the internet perhaps for additional information while leveraging the pre-existing information. In addition, I could notify other members and staff regarding any specific qualifications required for the relapse report.

    17) If members are not engaging enough as mentioned in strict rules, will you continue to do your part but also encourage members to follow rules since it's in their best interest for success? Yes, I would be willing to help other members as my hope is that everyone in this group can succeed in overcoming this addiction.

    Hey Man,

I want to take part in your discord server. I know there are 3-4 spaces left so here are the answers to your questions list. Please seriously consider me for the group as I am not only a advocate, I am a resource. I studied a BSc in Clinical psychology with cognitive neuroscience.

    0) What Country you're in and your age: UK & 21
    1) How long have you been seriously trying NoFap and how many times have you relapsed thus far? 6 times in the past 100 days. 4 days on the past 5 days.

    4) How will you change those patterns you mentioned above so you don't end up in a situation/environment that triggers you to restart (provide clear detailed plans) => Create rigid structures with incentives. Supplement my routine with healthy eating and actively taking time to exercise. Keeping up my journal to stay on top of each day.

    5) on scale of (least) 1-10 (most) how motivated are you to succeed with NoFap? 10

    7) on scale of (least)1-10 (most) how engaged will you be with the discord group for NoFap? 7

    9) From scale (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed alone? 95%

    10) From (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed with accountability and recommendations from the group? 100%

    11) Will you be willing to check in daily or every other day on discord to stay accountable? Yes.

    12) Do you understand that it's a normal part of the process to relapse but you must still engage with the group at least every other day? Yes.

    13) You notice some members are relapsing more than others, what do you do? If they are open and engaging with being asked, gently ask them how they are doing and what's happening. Do not cast judgment and stigmatise their relapse. Offer support and direct them to resources shared in group.

    14) You find yourself relapsing two times in one week, what do you do? Tell discord within 48 hours and enact prophylactic measures.

    15) IMPORTANT QUESTION. The group has value because current members help with accountability and encourage each other, the moderators have long streaks and knowledge in psychology/self-improvement. What do you uniquely bring to the table and how do you see yourself contributing to the group? As a new member, how would the group be better because you joined? I cannot speak for other and their skills. My experience working as a mental healthcare assistant in an adult acute ward; for addictions, OCD and general psychiatric disorders; and my academic knowledge; Clincial psychology with cognitive neuroscience; allows me to offer a specialized insight into practical tailored solutions for recovery

    16) You were asked to do a relapse report and read the instruction on how to do it. The instructions weren't very clear, what are some different proactive steps you can take at this point? Ask moderator or fellow peers in the discord server for guidance and support.

    17) If members are not engaging enough as mentioned in strict rules, will you continue to do your part but also encourage members to follow rules since it's in their best interest for success? Yes. Keep moving forward with the work. The work is hard, they could be motivated to remember how strong they truly are.

    18) Situations like crises, or New Years' eves give a sense of urgency and temporary motivation bit it often dies. What is a single thing you've accomplished in your life that shows consistent effort, action, and discipline despite fluctuating motivation over time? I completed my BSc with a first class whilst supporting my family's financial struggles, nursing my depressed mother, keeping my grandfather comfortable with his end of life care and maintaing a relationship (soon to be transformed into a marriage). I will not fall here. I refuse to give up on this life I have built.

I would love to join the group, and am very serious about kicking my addiction for good, as I've struggled with it for a very long time.

    0) What Country you're in and your age:
    USA, 28 years old

    1) How long have you been seriously trying NoFap and how many times have you relapsed thus far?
I have been seriously trying NoFap for about 6-7 years, and have relapsed many times over my journey. I have seen just how harmful porn can be to my life and my relationships, as they have torn apart a relationship in the past, and I have personally struggled with NoFap and Porn since I was 15-16.
Most recently, I was on a ~3 or 4 year streak, where I got into a healthy relationship, got married, and bought a house. Very recently, however, I have fell back into it and have been trying to dig myself out for about a month now.

    2) What triggered you to seek out NoFap and this forum, why try again now?
    3) What is the normal trigger or routines that normally lead to your relapse? Break down your last one in as much detail as possible.
Trigger: Stress & Bored at home, looking through pictures on instagram and the internet, lead me down a dark path to relapse again.
Time: usually in the morning and afternoon when I am bored and stressed, and have nothing to do, so I go on my phone for long periods of time
    Day: Tuesday
Location: Home, in the study room / where I work from home
    Device: Smart Phone

    Example
Trigger: Hot girl on I.G., when I'm home alone or being bored
Time: normally night time after 8pm or later
Day: mostly weekends but some weekdays Location: in my room on my bed Device: mostly smartphone and sometimes laptop

    4) How will you change those patterns you mentioned above so you don't end up in a situation/environment that triggers you to restart (provide clear detailed plans).
I have rejoined NoFap, looking for a small accountability group like this one; where I can have a place to check in each day. I believe that it's very important and beneficial for me to have a accountability group/partner to help me through this.
I have also taken steps to avoid a relapse in the future by setting restrictions on my phone, finding positive "busy" things to do during the day, such as playing the piano, reading, going on walks with my dogs, and going to the gym on a regular basis.
I also got a therapist for the first time ever, which has helped a lot to overcome stress and anxiety that sometimes causes my relapse. It has been extremely beneficial to find coping strategies and healthy things to do to keep my mind busy and overcome anxiety.

    5) on scale of (least) 1-10 (most) how motivated are you to succeed with NoFap?
    10

    6) on scale of (least)1-10 (most) how engaged will you be with the discord group for NoFap?
    10

    7) From scale (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed alone?
    70%

    8) From (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed with accountability and recommendations from the group?
    99%

    9) Will you be willing to check in daily or every other day on discord to stay accountable?
Yes, I am a huge advocate and believer of journaling and writing every day, so checking in daily on the discord will be a huge factor in my success with NoFap.

    10) Do you understand that it's a normal part of the process to relapse but you must still engage with the group at least every other day?
Yes, I understand that relapse happens and is a part of the process to grow from there, and that it's important to check in and engage with the group every day, even on bad days, or if a relapse happens.

    11) You notice some members are relapsing more than others, what do you do?
Check in with them, and talk to them about what has helped me overcome a relapse in the past and share what worked for me, even though what worked for me might not work for everyone. I think it's important to have those discussions and be transparent with the group.

    12) You find yourself relapsing two times in one week, what do you do?
Get back up and fight. Go to my fellow Accountability Partners and group on discord to check in and talk to them about what I'm struggling with and talk about what I can do next time I feel urges, to overcome the urges in the future.

    13) IMPORTANT QUESTION. The group has value because current members help with accountability and encourage each other, the moderators have long streaks and knowledge in psychology/self-improvement. What do you uniquely bring to the table and how do you see yourself contributing to the group? As a new member, how would the group be better because you joined?
With a minor in Psychology and an interest in self-improvement, I have learned a lot of coping mechanisms and skills for self-improvement. This topic interests me a lot, so I am always looking for a self-help/improvement book to read and take notes on what I have learned. I have also been a Counselor with Crisis Text Line for about 3 years, talking to those in crisis and de-escalating situations via text. I am a huge advocate for suicide prevention and mental health, and believe that it's very important to come together as a community to support each other and lift each other up when things get tough.

    14) You were asked to do a relapse report and read the instruction on how to do it. The instructions weren't very clear, what are some different proactive steps you can take at this point?
Write in my journal what I am feeling and what feelings/emotions/thoughts are going through my head. Also, by engaging with my peers and talking to other people in the community on discord, I can get a better idea for what my relapse report my look like. I also feel like taking a walk outside or taking a cold shower after a relapse could help clear my mind and think about what happened and how I can learn and grow from here.

    15) If members are not engaging enough as mentioned in strict rules, will you continue to do your part but also encourage members to follow rules since it's in their best interest for success?
    Yes

    16) Situations like crises, or New Years' eves give a sense of urgency and temporary motivation bit it often dies. What is a single thing you've accomplished in your life that shows consistent effort, action, and discipline despite fluctuating motivation over time?
Joining Crisis Text Line as a Counselor, helping others in crisis has felt like a huge accomplishment, because I am doing what I love by helping others in need and volunteering my time with something that is both challenging and brings me joy/meaning. I made a commitment to join for a year, and feel great about sticking with it.

The information is considered private in the discord group but not guaranteed so you understand and acknowledge this. It's recommended to use an alias and not disclose any identifying/personal information.

    17) Do you agree to everything in the final agreement?
    Yes

It's time to shoot my shot. Thank you for considering my application

    0) What Country you're in and your age: USA, 25, Male

    1) How long have you been seriously trying NoFap and how many times have you relapsed thus far? If I view a relapse as lasting over a week then I've relasped I'd say 10 times in the past 2 years.

    2) What triggered you to seek out NoFap and this forum, why try again now? I've always thought about joining NoFap but thought I could do it on my own. After long enough you get tired of failing on your own and want to instead start succeeding with others by being held accountable to others

    3) What is the normal trigger or routines that normally lead to your relapse? Break down your last one in as much detail as possible.

Trigger: Suggestive content or references to porn on youtube or in memes

    Time: Nightime, after 9pm

    Day: any day

    Location: Bedroom

    Device: Phone, or desktop computer

    4) How will you change those patterns you mentioned above so you don't end up in a situation/environment that triggers you to restart (provide clear detailed plans).

I need to replace idle time with time building skills. There have been skills that I've just put on hold that I need to set aside time during the times I would be mindlessly searching through youtube and feeling urges. I also plan to keep NoFap front and center instead of things that could cause urges. Actively search motivation rather than passively hope I'll stay strong.

    5) on scale of (least) 1-10 (most) how motivated are you to succeed with NoFap? 10

    6) on scale of (least)1-10 (most) how engaged will you be with the discord group for NoFap? 7

    7) From scale (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed alone? 45%

    8) From (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed with accountability and recommendations from the group? 85%

    9) Will you be willing to check in daily or every other day on discord to stay accountable? Yes

    10) Do you understand that it's a normal part of the process to relapse but you must still engage with the group at least every other day? Yes

    11) You notice some members are relapsing more than others, what do you do? First, encourage them not to give up. Then perhaps talk about setting smaller goals

    12) You find yourself relapsing two times in one week, what do you do? Find something new that I can focus my energy towards, buying a new videogame, learning a new song. Trying a new workout. Not limiting myself or making excuses for my self to not break out of a the pattern. Have money set aside to be able to shake things up if need be.

I will admit I'm not the most outgoing person, even online. But I am an observer and a listener. I believe every group can benefit from a quieter person absorbing points and information to be brought up later

    14) You were asked to do a relapse report and read the instruction on how to do it. The instructions weren't very clear, what are some different proactive steps you can take at this point? Tell the group that I don't understand and ask for clarification. Post something and edit it according to what I didn't understand

    15) If members are not engaging enough as mentioned in strict rules, will you continue to do your part but also encourage members to follow rules since it's in their best interest for success? I would personally try to lead by example and indirectly encourage the group to engage more.

    16) Situations like crises, or New Years' eves give a sense of urgency and temporary motivation bit it often dies. What is a single thing you've accomplished in your life that shows consistent effort, action, and discipline despite fluctuating motivation over time? I started making electronic music some years ago and continued long enough to build up a solid tracklist, get featured on a few compilations, even release a compilation album with some friends.

The information is considered private in the discord group but not guaranteed so you understand and acknowledge this. It's recommended to use an alias and not disclose any identifying/personal information.

    17) Do you agree to everything in the final agreement?

    I Agree.

    Hi @Gray Area,

we're actually at max capacity right now. We like to keep the group smaller (less than 20) so the members actually know each other and we're at our limits now.

I wish you the best in finding another accountability group and will post here of some insights we've gained in the group along with times when we have room if you're interested at that time. Don't stop fight fellow fapstronaut!

    1) How long have you been seriously trying NoFap? I just stumbled on NoFap yesterday, but I've been trying on and off for the past 8 years.

    2) How many times have you relapsed? Longest I have gotten with No PM is about 2 months. Been relapsing ever since

    3) What mades you want to start NoFap and why try again now? Sex life with the wife is strenuous. I really hate that I need to fantasize about deviant stuff and ignore my wife to combat my PIED.

    4) What is the normal trigger or routines that normally lead to your relapse? Break down your last one.
Trigger: Mainly boredom. And maybe browsing FB can be a trigger sometimes
Time: Early morning before work, or really late during the weekends
    Day: Any day really
    Location: In the Bathtub
    Device: Phone

    6) How will you change those patterns so you don't end up in a situation/environment that triggers you to restart (provide clear detailed plans). I've deleted every porn material from my phone and laptop. Also, I am going to start going to the gym to keep my mind off porn and clear. But my main challenge is trying to come up with a new hobby to alleviate my boredom and keeping my time busy

    7) on scale of (least) 1-10 (most) how motivated are you to succeed with NoFap? 10 - I feel more motivated than I ever have before.

    8) on scale of (least)1-10 (most) how engaged will you be with the discord group for NoFap? 10

    9) From scale (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed alone? 60% - I have been going at it alone for as long as I can remember. Maybe with the help of struggle comrades, this percentage can go up.

Yes.

    12) Do you understand that it's a normal part of the process to relapse but you must still engage with the group at least every other day? Yes

    13) You notice some members are relapsing more than others, what do you do? Would try to encourage them to stay on the path and always to stand up after falling

    14) You find yourself relapsing two times in one week, what do you do? I would turn to the group for advice and see if I can change one thing in my daily routine to keep myself busy

    15) The group has value because current members help with accountability and encourage each other, the moderators have long streaks and knowledge in psychology/self improvement, what do you uniquely bring to the table and how do you see yourself contributing to the group? I have a relatively long history trying to beat this addiction and I think that gave me a unique kind of empathy toward fellow NoFappers that i can use to encourage others to stay on the path

    16) You were asked to do a relapse report and read the instruction on how to do it. The instructions weren't very clear, what are some different proactive steps you can take at this point? I would basically write a detailed chronology of the events that led to the relapse and how best to avoid the triggers in the future

    17) If members are not engaging enough as mentioned in strict rules, will you continue to do your part but also encourage members to follow rules since it's in their best interest for success? Yes

Final agreement: You understand this is not a therapy group but rather a support and accountability group. I agree to all of the above and look forward to hearing back about becoming a member of this group.

Hi i would very much like to join, here's my application.

    0) What Country you're in and your age: England - 36

    1) How long have you been seriously trying NoFap and how many times have you relapsed thus far? about 3 years and honestly i don't know how many relapses but its a LOT

    2) What triggered you to seek out NoFap and this forum, why try again now? I was part of a group that is no longer active and i was seeking a new accountability partner/group, because it helps to be part of a community and because i feel that i am missing the support i need to overcome this.

    3) What is the normal trigger or routines that normally lead to your relapse? Break down your last one in as much detail as possible.
    Trigger: Bordem/depression/loneliness
Time: Late, almost always past 11pm
    Day: 2 days ago
    Location: my bedroom
    Device: Laptop

    4) How will you change those patterns you mentioned above so you don't end up in a situation/environment that triggers you to restart (provide clear detailed plans). First its essential that i keep a solid circadian rhythm, as night time is usually when i relapse. Secondly i need to make sure my blocking software is working properly - I'm a big believer in using blockers, some people are against it but that makes no sense to me. If you're an alcoholic the FIRST thing you have to do is remove all alcohol from your environment, as with all addictions the substance must be flushed down the toilet, this is the high speed internet version of that as far as I'm concerned - Next i must keep up with my meditations/cold baths and keep a healthy lifestyle. Mentally when thoughts arise its important for me to consciously not engage in them, they quickly spiral out of control and we all know where that all too easily leads. Trying to stay active is also very important. And of course staying away from triggers. Not sure what else i could add, maybe this is why i need help, my plans haven't worked so far, is that because the plan was wrong for me or was that because i wasn't in the right place to carry out the plan? I suppose this is something i probably need help in figuring out.

    8) From (least) 0-100% (most) chance of you no longer fapping, what are odds you will succeed with accountability and recommendations from the group? I honestly don't know so i will guess 70%

    9) Will you be willing to check in daily or every other day on discord to stay accountable? Yes

    10) Do you understand that it's a normal part of the process to relapse but you must still engage with the group at least every other day? Yes

    11) You notice some members are relapsing more than others, what do you do? I will always try and offer helpful advice, this is a community and it won't work without active involvement from all members. Whatever advice/wisdom i can offer, i will offer. I might DM them to see if they wanted to talk more in depth, of course whatever content that would arise from such messages would be posted back on the forum.

    12) You find yourself relapsing two times in one week, what do you do? Take note of what physical mental and emotion triggers might have lead to it and make a new plan/change. Honestly lately i have been relapsing a lot and twice in one week has been a common occurrence, i haven't been able to find any traction this year, but that isn't a remark on my level of seriousness, only the depth of my addiction, and current pain of my lifestyle.

I consider myself pretty intelligent and good at expressing myself. I have read quite a lot (fiction and non fiction) and my life has been a quest for knowledge/wisdom, through desperation and curiosity in equal measure.

    14) You were asked to do a relapse report and read the instruction on how to do it. The instructions weren't very clear, what are some different proactive steps you can take at this point? I wouldn't be shy to admit i didn't understand and maybe DM you to ask, if that was permitted behaviour. Otherwise i might post and ask on the forum, or just read it again and figure it out.

I'm a high level guitarist/musician playing at grade 8 (highest grade possible). I've been playing for nearly 20 years, and despite motivation waxing and waning a lot i have always stuck with it as i knew it was what i wanted in life. I have also recently took up boxing and while i haven't joined a gym yet (covid) i plan on being a professional boxer also and have extremely high hopes for it, i train as much as I'm able.

Yes

    17) Do you agree to everything in the final agreement? Yes
