    Hi. I guess I am a porn and masturbation addict. I realized I had a problem a few months back. Happened to stumble upon the ' great porn experiment ' video in youtube.
    After watching that, I promised myself that I would not masturbate for 90 days.
    Well I went as far as 24 days without masturbating.
    That's the longest I have been without masturbation. And I was proud of myself untill I jerked off again.
    After that I haven't really been able to repeat that, and the maximum I can go without now is maybe 4 or 5 days.
    Now I think it's high time to deal with this problem, and that is why I joined nofap. It's going to be tough I know, but I guess that is how it is.

    Hi and welcome to Nofap. To help you quit porn/ excessive masturbation, I recommend the following:
    1. Set up a porn blocker on your computer
    2. Start a journal on the forum, and get yourself an accountability partner
