28 days done....there is no going back now....
Day 2 check in
Day 129 completed
Come on man! You can do it!
For fitness no, I have tried track apps only
I've used Habit Bull for few years. It's a track app only but it motivates me to keep the streaks o the goals I have. But it doesn't sincronize with the cloud. So if you fail to flash the phone with a ROM you'll lose everything.
Now I'm trying Loop Habits, it's really easy to save a back up
Day 7 - Done
@MASTER MONK Requesting promotion to 2nd Lieutenant!
Daily check in, I keep going
DAY 4 Done!
@MASTER MONK requesting promotion to Worker.
thank you, astrobear!
Those apps are cool! i never knew such app exist. Thank you for your recommendation.
Check in day 22.
Quick notice to all soldiers fighting this war, we have discovered through reliable sources that the enemy named PMO uses the gateway of stress and depression to infiltrate our troops, I myself would have been ambushed today had it not been for my good luck and discipline. Be careful, apply a coat of positivity to keep the enemy away. Report to NoFap ASAP if you are ambushed and your fellow comrades will give you cover. Onwards! March!
It was day 3. Now it’s day 0.
That's awesome mate, much respect. I know I don't know your struggles but I imagine that kicking the drink and drugs habits will be a massive asset to you in your battle against PMO. Me, I'm 44 with a wonderful wife and beautiful daughter and I've been trying to kick this habit for them the last 3 years. But only seriously this year. I feel I'm getting stronger as time goes on and reading about other guys' positive experiences like yours really helps. Wish you every success on this battle we fight together man!
Day 1. And as the song posted above goes - you're in the army now!
