Sorry, i was busy, day 4.
I passed 2 days pardoning myself, a relapse is just a relapse, not the end of the world, I passed 2 days searching for information, information is our friend on this war of PMO or NoPMO, I focused on live the day and not stay on NoFap for long because it can make you crazy, I focused on my goals too, take cold showers, focused on improve my hygiene (this is important to me!), that was worse than before because of a problem with depression 2 years ago, and helped people here, help people here can teach you about some problems that you probably will not know until you hear different people talking about their problems, IT HELPED A LOT!
Tried, failed again. Never mind: try again, fail better.
I'm still on day 83, and I will freeze here. I'm on vacation, so Hell mode will stay on hold for me for a while, but it's good for me to be part of this Army, I hope you won't leave me out. At the end of my vacation, I will resume from the same day 83.
It's been a few days since I posted here. I have spent days of much, much, much temptation.
This weekend I went to the beach with my family, and had a great time. The temptation did not go away (and at times it intensified, since I was on the beach), but I avoided having to stay locked in my house, and I managed to get very distracted by the family, which did me good.
Today I am much better. I will go to the movies, I will exercise in the gym, I will move forward with "Humiliated and offended" by Dostoevsky. This week, in addition, I will cook vegan food with my mother. Today I don't feel as empty as days ago. I have not relapsed, despite the strong urges.
Great. But I'm kindda tired of seeing you going back and forth. I want to see a warrant hunter in the next 90 days. Can you do that?
Vacation is noted sir. Temptation is like chips. When you see it you want to eat it. But if you're on diet you won't do that. It's a matter of choice. When tempted, I get to choose to reset/relapse/run.
D83 Yesterday I went running (5k), it did me very well to clarify the mind. Summers, in my life, are always renewal, so I thought about the things I want to improve this year. Being closer to God, going to the Church as often as in 2019, eating healthier, exercising more. Also in my personality: being more respectful, for example, and being friendlier. Take more care of the things I speak, without falling into that mutism that I see in many men.
Thanks but I didn't get it, lol. Can you explain the idea better? And thanks for the video you shared with me, very useful
Day 0. That was my fault and fault of some groups, I already quitted them. I'll do 14 days without PMO now.
Yes sir. The point is when temptation comes, you have 3 choices. Might be obvious but it is solely up to you to choose which one, not the temptation.
Here comes to the general order #2: To write my post in a respectful manner. Keeping always on the alert and avoiding everything that causes you to relapse/reset.
I still don't understand, what is wrong with me? The first part of the video is very good: "Don't look". You should post it here. Maybe you've already done it.
Greetings. Starting over after a reset.
Apologies for my absence in posting.
On day zero: looking to match my record of 5 months.
Great video! Thanks for sharing. Definitely a motivating piece!
This fired me up tonight.
“We will practice and play with relentless effort. We will go four to six seconds point A to point B, as hard as we can. This is the culture of Ohio State football. It is what we believe and how we behave. It is who we are. It is our standard. It is how we practice and how we play. Accept nothing less from yourself. Accept nothing less from your teammates. Put your foot in the ground and go four to six, A to B, as hard as you can.
You will be graded on effort. Your unit will be graded on effort. We can teach and correct technique and execution, but the heart of our team is relentless effort. This kind of relentless effort is intentional and Above the Line. We are going to train mentally and physical so that no matter what the event is, you respond with relentless effort. In strength and conditioning. In practice. In games. Four to six. A to B. As hard as you can.”

Hell mode is really something...
I'm sure you will handle it. Good luck !
Sir, the first part is don't look. Second it will affect your family. Third it will affect your future. Also the difference between transgression and iniquity, deceptive nature of the users. You don't have to get them all at once, but seventy times seven.
That's the post, thanks for the update!
Welcome Serge! When you're a warrant officer you'll feel like a warrant officer
Oh we got a reserve officer back!
That's what the counter is for sir, let the machine worries about itself.
