Hi,
i have a problem that i wud like to discuss.
i am 26 years old
first time i started abstaining for masturbation i went on for 18 days
then i relapsed.
but the ejaculation that time was normal.
this time i went on for 28 days then relapsed again.
but this time when i ejaculated, only the transparent liquid came out
no semen.....
i am very afraid.... why did this happen???
have i become infertile??
is this normal please can someone explain y this happened. should i take the challenge or not

 

As per my opinion, you don't need to worry much that is common for all the People if you ejaculate after so many days gap.
It happens to me too... You don't need to quit this challenge.
You will lose lot of positive energy if you do masturbation.
Make yourself always busy and have self control.

man u guys are really doing it ........keep it up ..my day 1 , i relapsed today for no reason after 9 days and i feel so bad .....

 

There's always a reason. Find that reason, even tough it can be hard to acknowledge and find a way to prevent the same situation to occur again. It's the only way you will become PMO free.

 

I have tried nofap before but even though i failed to complete the 90 days, at some point on the streak i felt that i could do anything i set my mind into. please like this comment i need it for establishing my counter
