I liked the depression and rejection buttons. No one deserves to be seen as some prize. I used to be so cynical in my depression but we're all in this together and we all have our different views. I can tell that nofap is already restoring my hope for humanity.

I'm so used to do it that i'm dating online for more than 3 years with this Scottish girl. She promised to help me out with this, i need to build some self steem, because if i even meet her in person, i really don't want to have a bonner while hugging her, i want to be full of energy and be talketive, surpassing the freezing tension of meeting a girl. As for now i also need some phisical training and sleeping and eating. I feel gloomy and always serious, soooooo lame to talk to. Have you heard of an app called freedom? It can completely shut down the internet for a chosen period of time. You can set it to stop all internet use for the next 5-25 minutes, which will give you enough time to clear your head. Also, you can set it ahead of time to stop internet use at risky hours, say from 9pm-3am or something like that, which will allow you to sleep easily. Internet will be restored in the early morning while you're asleep. Anyway, just a thought

 

I don't know what's wrong with my system. But it keeps redirecting me to K9 Web Protection homepage.. Can anyone give me some advice? That would be great.

 

Pro Tip if you're a Windows user. You can redirect websites by editing your "Hosts" file. So you can redirect all the old porn sites you used to frequent to this Emergency tool. I tried to write a guide to the full process but it doesn't like the mentioning of links in the post and I didn't feel like re-writing it all - so just Google "setting up a redirect using hosts file" and follow the instructions.

I feel like this'll help a lot of people out, because sometimes the time you need emergency help the most is when you're actually already past the stage of going to the tool and are heading for porn - so if those sites then direct you to the tool, it might save you from resetting/relapsing!
