Hey guys Im new to the forum but expiriencedwith the NoFap Idea started my journey again about 21 days ago, but I got a problem Im getting wet dreams, I had one on the 15th day and another one today (21st day) the problem Im having with them is that for some reason it deels like relapsing, and I go from feeling less depressed and introverted, to going introverted and tight and unconfortable I will continue my jorney no matter what and Know this is for a better healthier sex life but any advice on how to control this wet dream would help.

Thanks a lot for your kind words! Also Emergency tool definitely helped!10 days and going strong :D , i feel slight urges inbetween and also feel a lot of depression these days, must be withdrawal symptoms as i think my brain has started to rewire itself to live without PMO as escape option from real world challenges! Anxiety attacks are sure very challenging but i know i'll overcome this, i'm feeling a lot better already! Also i would like to add that being a part of this community is a bliss.
    Thanks :)

Keep going! Keep going! You're doing great! Try consuming curd, bottle gourd juice(everyday empty stomach),lukewarm milk with teaspoonful of pure almond oil before sleep and consume raw garlic! Avoid spicy and junk food! Exercise a lot!Avoid smoking and consumption of alcohol and excess of coffee and this will definitely improve your situation :)

The key to succeeding is to break the pattern when the trigger happens. You could use some tony robbins.

  11. Good advice. Though breaking the pattern means dealing with some level of mental pain as you focus your mind elsewhere and break this evil habit which has been ingrained into your life and encouraged by authority of current society.

You overcome the urges once..it'll be less intense the next time..and easier the third time..by 8-9th time it'll become a habit for you to ignore your urges and focus on more productive things. That's how you rise above PMO. Just don't give it the time of your day..even if the body/brain throws a tantrum. Eventually it will be disciplined and then work with you so long as you stick to the plan.

Break the pattern through the emergency button!

I want to provide you with an alternative perspective. TR also talks about peak state.

Thus breaking the doesn't necessarily means mental pain. It will require some effort to do something else, but it is only momentary. Forgoing a momentary pain for something big? It is totally, worth it.
