Nopmo journey: How it feels

    Hi guys,
    I am in the middle of day 2 of nopmo. Everything is good but i am feeling weaker in my belly and some kind of energy in my pelvic region. Help out me?

    Hi guys,
    I am on my Day 3 of no pmo. I think in a long run I will get some benefits. My goal is to achieve 180 days of no pmo. I will write here daily. :)
    Secondly, I am trying to get good food habits that can help me out in lossing belly weight.

    Keep yourself busy and eat healthy (berries, fruits and good ol' piece of meat). Most important is to distract yourself so you don't relapse

    I am on my day 4 of nopmo. Now I am craving for porn and thinking that nothing will happen that is if I watching porn and irrealatable vedios will not harm me and i will continue my nopmo. But eventually It will not happen. Any suggestions regarding this will be appreciated by me?

    Today on day 4, I got an erection that lasted for a minute. When I was having a short nap around 11 am. Some fantasy striked my mind that is why this happened. Is this normal to have an erection on day 4?

    Day 5, This time I am feeling a bit relaxed and hoping for a good 5th day. Yesterday, I did not work at all but from day 5 on wards I will work with full zeal.

    Having an erection is normal and natural. It means your body is working the way it should. The goal when you have an erection is to resist PMO, which can be difficult sometimes.

    I resisted that. Now I am day 5 but my signature is showing 3 days. What I can do?

    In your menu, select “Update day counter.” From there, you can input the day and time you started your reboot.

    Many men worry about this. But it’s all because of porn. Men in porn have abnormally large penises. And porn sensationalizes them. So it makes average men feel like their penises are too small, even though we are just normal. Porn ruins our perspective.

    My girlfriend couldn’t care less how big my penis is. In fact, she’s actually thankful it isn’t bigger. Because there is such thing as TOO big. What’s important to HER is that I’m able to use it for sex, which is why I’m here;)

    Day 6, day 5 completed. Now I am feeling a bit energized.
    I hope that the damage that was done to my junior would heal with time. I pray to God. Secondly, I will control my bad food habits. Thirdly, I get angry on trivial issues, therefore I will control myself and I will improve my nature.

    Things that help in healing are:
    1. No pmo
    2. Good food habits
    3. Exercise
    4. Kegel exercise
    5. Meditation

    Day 7, day 6 completed. Feeling less stressed. Nowadays I barely sleep at night. I find it hard to sleep, anyway I need to change my sleeping habits. I hope that nopmo and reduced belly weight will result in an increased length and a thicker glans penis. After some posts I will write about my penis condition.

    Maybe incorporate cold showers now and then? Good for bloodflow (warming up afterwards) and good for mental strength
