    I wish to take part in this challenge too, in order to improve my sleep. Over the years, I have noticed that I tend to stop the alarm and go back to sleep, or sometimes wake up before the alam to switch it off lol. So I will set myself a different goal for the next 30 days: Get out of the bed, daily at 6 AM, and don't go back to sleep. Preferably exercise or study, but whatever it might be, do not go back to sleep during the day(nap at noon is fine). Saturdays and Sundays are rest days, so the time will be 9 AM.

    Starting from tomorrow, let's do this.

    Day 3: My day was shit today, fucked it up big time, slept late and woke up late. But today is New Year, so I think that's okay. One off day should be fine, back on track from tomorrow.

    I have realized that my sleeping pattern plays a huge role in my PMO addiction, so in order to beat the addiction I will need to change my sleep patterns. So I am in on this challenge. Will sleep before 1 am daily and wake up at 6 30 and will not snooze no matter what. Will sleep a little in the afternoon too.

    Day 2: No nosnooze today, couldn't sleep till 5AM, and consequently woke up at 10:30AM.

    I'm back on this challenge. Didn't snooze today and my morning has definitely been more productive than usual (finished almost all my chores). Snoozing definitely increases my laziness.

    I am going to take a break from this thread, lately I haven't been feeling myself. I am unable to sleep at nights, the day before I slept at 5 and yesterday at 7 in the morning. I'll sort out my sleep issue first and then get back here. Keep going guys

  20. I didn't snooze for the last 30 years. My alam clock doesn't have that function :p

    So yes it's possible to do so.

    You can do it also guys!
