NOSTRIL ENLARGEMENT FROM EXCESSIVE MASTURBATION!

When I started excessive masturbation, my first symptoms were, Fatigue, oily skin when waking up, bad acne, numb nose, and nostril enlargement. I remember when I went 1 month of Masturbating (M'ing once a day for 30 days) , my right nostril became bigger than the left. Everyone noticed it too! My mom, and a few of my friends. My right nostril feels numb the day after I relapse, and sometimes my right nostril is runny (the day after relapse). I also had my right nostril quivering / vibrating for a few seconds, and that happened about a month ago. I was wondering, have any of you had this happen to you?

I'm glad to know that this isn't permanent. I just want to know, why did my right nostril randomly puff up after I started Masturbation? Does anyone have a scientific explanation?
